Mythics Arrive, to Survive and Thrive

As you all know, I have completed already forming the group members or also known as recruits. Even though this group is a Match-Making group, I am enforcing a training or practice schedule that will run throughout possibly until we are all better (probably forever). Is it only about practice and training? No. this schedule is also for playing Match-Making in a designated time. I know you guys have different time so I am scheduling a time for all of us to meet and play together on that time. So this is the schedule:

For Weekdays
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday are the days scheduled only to play MM, this time schedule are the same to what days mentioned above

6:00pm - 6:15pm : Wait time for members/ Call time
6:15pm - 7:30pm : 1st Match-Making Game
7:30pm - 7:45pm : Wait time for incoming members/Break time/ Call time
7:45pm - 9:00pm : 2nd Match-Making Game
9:00 - Meeting adjourned/ End of the meeting

Incase you can't play the first Match-Making, you can enter the second, You can also leave after the first game(I don't recommend it). But I do recommend you guys to do your HW (if you have) on the first game and join at the second

Tuesday and Thursday are the days scheduled to have a practice. The practice includes; Team Smokes, Map Strategies, Map Practice, Aim Practice, Reflex Practice, and Weapon Practice. We can also include our Team Communication aswell. Are we gonna practice all? No. We will only practice selected course depending on the result from our previous Match-Making or what we lack the most. Here is the schedule:

Schedule A (If we lose to much MM or we are close to losing , I need to reinforce our training):
6:00pm - 6:15pm - Wait Time/Call time
6:15pm - 7:15pm - First Selected Practice Course
7:15pm - 7:30pm - Break Time
7:30pm - 8:30pm - Second Selected Practice Course
8:30pm - 9:00pm - Discussion/ Dismissal (yeah, this is CS GO school now)

Schedule B (If you guys get a positive remark or if we win too many MM games)
6:00pm - 6:15pm - Wait Time/Call Time
6:15pm - 6:45pm - First Selected Practice Course
6:45pm - 7:00pm - Break Time
7:00pm - 7:30pm - Second Selected Practice Course
7:30pm - 7:45pm - Break Time
7:45pm - 9:00pm - Match-Making
9:00pm - Dismissal

Things to keep in Mind:
-This is a Match-Making group (possibly going for more), i don't require you to come everyday but I will take note of those members that are consistent on being absent
- Every time you go to training / practice, you are first; being recorded second; you are giving me an impression that you want to stay in the team and you want to grow better
- Practice is more important than playing MM, how can you have a good game if you're not even good enough to last a minute.
- Those people who are not showing up consistently are in danger in losing membership or getting replace by a sub (yeah, I mean it)
- Skipping to the MM game (for Schedule B on Tuesday and Thursday) will not be accepted to join the game unless given a good reason, being consistent on this matter will let you no longer be alegeable to play
