Remember, this is not a TIER, but a center where we concentrate on Rping with the Ancient Groups that support ARC. So far only Egypt, Carthage and (us) Greece have been around Rping, and therefore, the reason why we are not starting this as a tier is cause they set dates, they have problems, and they can die.
