The name makes sense, I swear.

First of all, I want to address the fail that is the team as of the past few days. We did well when we had Thalash subbing and Mac mercing but it was only because Thalash was able to do stupid ♥♥♥♥ and get away with it, because Mac was backing him up so well and eXtreaL was playing absolutely brilliantly with his medic. The whole problem is that we have a demoman that is used to being a kamikaze rather than a thinker, and that just doesn't go with our team, so we're trying to fix it. To do this we need a roamer that can ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ listen and improve, rather than saying 'yeah I've got what you just said and I'll do better next time', and then not doing so. We need the roamer to work with the scouts and not ♥♥♥♥ off and leave them when they're having trouble. Don't be too aggressive when we don't need it, and when we're coping, but back us the ♥♥♥♥ up when a soldier and two scouts steam roll us.

Now you're going to read this and you're gonna be like 'yeah I know, I'll improve', and then you're gonna do the same ♥♥♥♥ next match. The ♥♥♥♥ we're saying really isn't hard. When in mid-fight with the scouts and a soldier, the scouts will need your help, you don't just ♥♥♥♥ off and get heals at that time, you back them up, call if you can go get heals, then go and get them. THEN you get the ♥♥♥♥ back and you help us again. That's just how it should be.

I've had mentors in to help you guys, and pretty much every single mentor that's been here and watched us/played with us has told me that the whole problem is the roamer and the demoman. I know Schism can improve if he just listens to his team and doesn't try to get kills when he's most likely going to die even if he does get that kill, and as long as he listens to us (I'm gonna get anyone I can to mentor him specifically) he'll improve. I also used to think that SWiFT could improve, (and he seems to be able to deal with deathmatch as long as it isn't during an actual pcw, which is odd.) but I don't really know right now. It's not looking great being that we're giving him the solutions and pretty much telling him what to do, but it isn't being done, and if it by some weird chance is done, it's way after it needed to be.
