Ark Cluster Servers Moved

The ark cluster was moved by provider for hardware update. This move will make the servers faster with better hardware. Check the server list at Adventure Game Servers steam group for new ip addresses. Also we added a new server to the cluster, Valguero map.

Update information on the server cluster
Here are some of the performance upgrade notes:
- Better network performance, lower global latency thanks to Internap Performance IP
- Significantly more capable CPU (50%+ benchmark improvement)
- Moving from SATA HDD to PCIe NVMe (More than 27x faster in both read and write speeds)
