ABOUT 8th Platoon "The mighty eight." -/- Iron Warrior Company.

Welcome to 8 Platoon, Iron Warrior Company!

This platoon is part of the Iron Warrior Company that operates as a Mil-Sim unit, using British Army doctrine and real world tactics.
The idea is about fun, everything we've created is about achiving an enjoyable experience for a mature playerbase.

We play on the WS.Wasteland Servers frequently aswell as following our own custom COOP campaign every week. We often participate in other Mil-Sim groups trainings and try to get involved with clan tournaments aswell.

So if that interests you, then we're interested in you!

Quitting active duty

After another event was cancelled because alot of people don't know what it means to be part of a team, I have decided to quit my active position as Zeus Operator @ iW.

I had some exciting missions with this group, unfortunately alot of you keep wasting everybody elses time and efforts by not attending, and neither communicate with us.

I don't blame anyone who can't join because of some emergency or so ofc, but apparently there is many people who think spending ~2 hours a week in general is too much to ask for.

I hope you are aware about the disrespectful behaviour you show those who take the time to prepare and attend.

I want to thank those of you who kept showing up regularly and especially Ben for the fun time preparing those sessions. I hope the attitude of this group will change, so that I can get back to make some exciting missions.

Hey! 7th Platoon will be attending "Operation Varsity". Sit. Friendly Forces for 7th Platoon, We will be under staffed as 7th Plt. Sgt. Will not be attending, Meaning 7th Platoon might require some members of 8th to join 7th for the OP. 7th Platoon's combat efficiency- Is currently at Below Standards.

7th Platoon will be doing a Event, on Sat. 1245 Hours Pacific Standard time. Whitch for you Brits / Euro's... That's Yankee for - 2045 Hours GMT

Hello, useless here.
I have attempted, on several occasions, to download six to no avail. The link to the IW pack stalls when it gets to six's website, aswell, when i try to download each one individually.. I have tried other sources, armaholic and steam only to find half the links not working and half the mods missing from the other. I have come for help thankyou.

Medic, try running Six Updater as an Administrator, as it is trying to download files to your Arma III folder. If that fails, check your firewall etc. If you're still having a drama send me or Ben a steam message. (See members list on this steam page.)
