We should all jump on together or a small group on Miniseige, Smollett said it - if we hit that server enough in good number and hit the top of the leaderboard our recruiting will improve

We need to start getting new recruits on as i am at bootcamp every week and we only have 1 or 2 recruits there so we need more recruits !
