Last training (wednesday) a Pfc from 2-R did something I appreciate. He thought of something vital for the whole plan while attacking that could have saved the whole 2-1. Now the enemy was a bit boring and did not defend this area 2-1 was heading so it never came to use until the very last minute of the realism. Congratulaitons Pfc. O`Neil and thank you.

To the rest of the platoon:
What O´Neil did was a great example of what I expect from my SL´s, that they give me advice while planning. When it comes from a Pvt or Pfc, I am just glad when it happens, unless if you don´t say something really stupid, this is the kind of things that helps me recognize you as an eventually SL.
