2nd Battalion, 5th Special Forces Group Realism Unit

In 2nd Battalion, 5th Special Forces Group, we try to emulate a real world United States Army Special Forces Operational Detachment Alpha, the smallest unit of Special Forces soldiers. Our weekly operations can consist of Direct Action, Counter-Terrorism, Special Reconnaissance, Hostage Rescue, and Unconventional Warfare, to name a few.

The idea for 2/5 SFG(A) was conceived on December 25th, 2016 by two former members of a large-scale Arma community. The core concepts behind the founding of the unit were that the unit would be, and remain, a place for dedicated ArmA players to play together in a serious, tight-knit group and conduct both conventional and special operations in game.
