This group is to schedule and regroup the 21st Century scrubs who want to get better at DotA 2

There are 3 rules to the 21st Century Scrub Union:

1. You don't yell at other scrubs.
2. You exercise good sportsmanship.
3. You make an effort to learn and help others learn.
