Culling Tournament - Hosted by 1_RaiN

Greetings all! 1_RaiN here (a newer streamer) and I am putting together a Culling tournament on July 24th for us die hard fans of the game. I want to get the word out about the Tournament and hopes that we can get a great turn out for the event. I plan on having each game streamed with commentary by myself and one other streamer. To spectate I would join the game as a normal player but use the gas pylons to suicide and commentate the game from there. This will make the games a 15 man FFA match instead of 16 man game.

Tournament Bracket

IMPORTANT NOTE If you are in group one please show up a little before noon so we can get the game started right away.

Here are the listing for the tournament and also details on how scoring will work. Since we have such an odd number (not 15, 30, or 45) I came up with a bracket system which will give each player 2 attempts at making it to the finials.

4 games will divide the 48 people who signed up. The starter games will have 12 people each.

If you come in 1st place in any game you are moved automatically to the finials.

If you place in the bottom 3 to 4 of the first game you will be put into an Elimination bracket. 3 from each game will be placed in the Elimination bracket and/also 2 extra people from two of the games. They will be determined by who was killed the soonest from each of the 4 starting games. Since you placed in bottom 1/3 only the 1st place will move on.

Everyone else will be put into two groups “The loser bracket”. These two groups of 15 players will battle it out. If you place 5th or higher in either of the two groups you will move on to the finials.

Finials will have 15 players and whatever position you place that will be your pay out.
