Hi! I just finished the game but those 2 achievements did not unlock. Is it possible I missed some puzzles?

Loved the demo and look forward to the full game....surprising that not more folks are commenting on this great little gem !

I downloaded the new demo since it was mentioned that it was updated. I tried the earlier demo a few months back, and it looked just fine. Every time I try to open the game on Steam, I get this error: "“Altered” will damage your computer. You should move it to the Trash. This file was downloaded on an unknown date." I couldn't find a support email anywhere. Are the devs aware of this issue?...
