Fatal Error - Startup

Super keen to give this game a bash but every time I try to load, the game crashes "Fatal Error!" I have up to date drivers, have tried disabling antivirus etc. Please help.

On the first mission, after the cinematic plays, the game will start loading and immediately crash.
