Idle Craft Speedrun Challenge

Event Dates: February 28th – March 3rd, during the Next Fest.

🎮 How to Participate

1️⃣ Enable the Challenge Timer:
- Go to the Settings menu in *Idle Craft Demo*.
- Toggle on the Challenge Timer option.
2️⃣ Reset Your Progress:
- In the Settings, click on Reset Progress to start fresh.
- Note: This will clear your current game progress, so make sure you're ready to begin the challenge!
3️⃣ Race to Level 10:
- Start playing and reach Level 10 as fast as you can!
- Aim to do it in under 5 minutes to unlock the "God of Speedrunners" achievement.
4️⃣ Capture Your Result:
- Take a screenshot showing Demo Finale screen, with your time! ()
5️⃣ Submit Your Screenshot to join a Leaderboard:
- Join our Discord server[discord.gg] and post your screenshot in the #speedrun channel.

🏆 Prizes

👉🏻 Every player who got the achievement "God of Speedrunners", by finishing the challenge in less than 5 minutes - will get a game key of your choice from our JoyBits portfolio!
👉🏻 All the entries will be added to a Leaderboard! 10 Best times from the final Leaderboard will also get a game key of your choice from our JoyBits portfolio!

Idle Craft Demo Update 3

Hey everyone! Demo has been updated today.
What's new?

- 14 Achievements were added to the game. Some of them are hidden and you need to figure out how to get them!
- Speedrunner Mode. If you are interested in trying to speedrun the demo - this one is for you! Just turn the Speedrunner mode in settings, reset the progress and you are ready to go with a brand-new timer integrated to the game!
P.S. There are two achievements for Speedrunners, we are curious if any of you will be able to get to level 10 in 5 minutes!
- Even more elements are available in the game!
- Interface and tutorial optimizations.
- Minor bug and gameplay fixes.

Glad to see sooo many players already tried our game and even left reviews!
We are happy and motivated to continue improving and working on the Full game!

spamming e and mouseclicks everywere

finished the demo in about 20 minutes spamming E and mouseclics while watching youtube. gameplayloop has no challenge, needs to be spiced up. if it is a techdemo well done. but spamming sometimes screwed up the icon used for a tile.

Soooo, a very basic merger game ?

Am I missing something or is it simply a very basic merger game with little to no innovation ? There is a kind of evolution tree but it does not correspond to the reality of the game that is simply "merge 2 of the same thing to get the next tier", so maybe I did miss something ?...

Hard to call this a game.

I play a lot of idle games. I have thousands of hours in auto-battlers and idle games alone. So this isn't just not understanding the genre... there's just no overreaching goal, objective, or purpose. The "game" just seems to be spam opening boxes to combine/merge items over and over and over again... with the purpose of obtaining more currency to.... obtain more currency to merge more items... for what reason? There's just no actual game here. It's just clicking for no reason. There's no real sense of ac...
