I can't start the flight. What i must do ?!

I'm thoroughly confused... Is this a flight sim? Or just a series of 360-degrees, prerecorded flights over NYC? If it's a sim - is it realistic at all? Or is GTAV-style piloting (easy-mode)? If it's an actual sim - can you use HOTAS controls, or rudder pedals (it IS a heli, after all). Also, what's up with the all-white buildings? Why does one small part of the city seems to have textures, and the rest doesn't? Is this a style choice? Or was this for the alpha version? Finally - what's the "Garou"...

It says January 2018, and now it's february 2018 an not released?? Abandoned??

What goes wrong ? There are no much textures and if i start a tour there is only the heli interior with black windows and a voice.
