As title says. Sometimes, traffic vehicles that had yielded to emergency units seem to get stuck on the side of the road and eventually causing a traffic jam. Sometimes, I'll be able to clear it by temporarily decreasing the traffic density allowing them to de-spawn but it doesn't always work. So is there a way to get traffic flowing again in these scenarios? And is there a way to mod the game so that I could, as a last resort, take direct control of individual traffic vehicles in situations like this?...

Thinking of purchasing. Curious. When did the game stop receiving support? Is it in a good playable condition or are there some serious bugs left?? Thanks.
