Main menu is freezing

I can't do anything in main menu. All buttons (Single player, Settings, Quit) don't work. Steam overlay works (so, game isn't totally freezed). I tried to close all programs to avoid conflicts - nothing helps. Compatibility mode, run as administrator - the same. Previous ANPA.US games work without problems.
