I'm only getting 50fps on low on a 980ti, makes me feel sick. Same for everyone else?

Quality is set at "3" when I lanch Electric city. Impossible to change it by pressing "1" key on the keyboard (even with numpad). How can I change it ?

Even on ultra the background is blurry, maybe you can sharpen it up? Otherwise great way of advertising!

Whenever I try to play this game, I get to the menu in my headset display where I have the options to change graphics settings, press r to realign, or space to continue. The display has no problems but I get no keyboard input because the game is minimized on my desktop.
