Fixed:

NPC population now spawns correctly around the Celestial Nebula
Cargo option removed from the level-up menu (feature not yet implemented)
Progression bug fixed, allowing access to the Fortress quest
Multiple quality-of-life improvements

Positives: I really like the aesthetic, simple and clean while still doing enough to sell the idea of space flight. I especially like the little bits of floating dust that helped me orient my ship's velocity. I found the controls pretty natural and could easily orient myself and head in the direction I wanted. I also liked the space station and the combat music. Biggest Issue: I don't know what it means to be good at combat in this game. Like, I can put the cursor over other ships and make them explode. The wait is over! The Owl Force demo is officially live and kicking as part of Steam Next Fest. This action-packed prequel sets the stage for the full adventure coming soon – so make sure to check it out and explore the story that starts it all.

Known Bug Alert: During the first mission, enemies may spawn infinitely – but don’t worry! Just find and rescue Zara to get things back on track.

I’m humbled by the overwhelming support so far – it’s been amazing to see so many of you already diving in and having fun!

Pro Tip: Keep an eye out for dynamic missions marked with the red skull symbol – but beware! Difficulty levels (shown by red diamonds) can give even the best pilots a serious challenge.

What happened to the discord?

Discord server suddenly disappeared from my server list. Doesn't seem to be linked on the steam anymore either. I couldn't DM bruno anymore because he has DMs turned off for people who don't share servers. Will contact Simon I guess? Maybe he knows something? Very concerning......

Fortress mission issues

I'd say the game is quite straight forward and fun to progress without too much trouble. Unfortunately for me the Fortress mission made me quit: 1) Endless enemy waves in capital ship fight It's manageable, but maybe they reinforcements could re-spawn 2x slower. The reason for this comes next: 2) Shield generators Each enemy wave includes few enemy protecting shield generators. Player has to destroy them. Otherwise you cannot damage the capital ship or the enemy fighters. This is a painful because ene...
