Do I have to do something particular to unlock the 3 achievements ? Do I have to complete the job in the same run as getting the secret ?

I really don't understand when games like this announce local co-op for the pc. Maybe I misunderstood the description of the game (and the article over at cooptimus) but it seems like they want me to invite my friends over (one is in another country) to play. I hope I missed something, but I honestly won't be picking this up (as I had already planned to do) if it's local only and not online....
