Having trouble launching the game

Hello, I got an early code of the game for review. Though, I am unable to successfully launch the game as everytime I try to it gets stuck in the launch phase. In order to get myself out of this, I hae to manually shut down my computer and then start it up again. For clarification, I am running Windows 10 and my specs definitely reach the game's hardware requirements. Any assistnance here would be much appreciated. Thank you....
