I love this game with all its flaws.
From my very limited experience I have a few things to say

Pros :

> The Graphics and overall game design are awesome. Pretty much exactly what you'd expect from the
studio that made VTOL

> Every plane feels different and has a learning curve. All are easy to fly but hard to master (more on that
later)

> The setup and controls are straight forward and easy to get into

> The price is fair

> You can use a flight stick (HOTAS) unlike in VTOL (this feature works great and is what I personally use.)

Cons :

> The G limit override button is a mistake. Due to a lack of G damage to the airframe and
very powerful engines on both the T15 and T16 these planes can pull insane AoA and get all their
energy back almost instantly. This makes the T18s ability to pull high AoA almost useless because of its
weaker engines. I have no idea if any of this is actually true but this is what I gathered from my limited
testing. The T18 seems to underperform in almost every situation. The only times a T18 got a kill on me
is when I made a massive mistake and vice versa.

> Lobbies are almost dead in EU during almost any time. You will queue into the same guy 7 times in a
row. (this will change once more people get the game ofc. There simply aren't that many players at the
moment)


Personally I would like to see them either remove the G limit button or add a system like VTOL where the G forces can rip your plane apart making it a risk / reward game instead of free AoA for the T15 and T16. I would also love to see the ejection feature from VTOL added. Pulling that handle after you got shot down feels good and adds a level of ''realism''.

Besides that I 100% recommend this game if you are curious. It is super easy to hop in and have fun with, but if you are new to flight ''sims'' maybe stay away from the T18 for your first few hours.

My neck hurts

Very fun and addictive
Most fun is if you get in a Private lobby with a bunch of friends

I fly all 3 of the airframes featured in this game in DCS. They are very similar and properly play to the strengths and weaknesses of their real life counterparts.

The missiles have similar performance to an AIM-9X but are very easily flared.


Hotas Support is subpar and hard its hard to interact with the cockpit on a desk.
All planes have the same instruments and Symbology.

It would be cool to have a togglable setting to allow a HMD for Hi-Off Boresight engagements and better SA.
