SUGGESTION: Maybe a way to undo an accidental click? (mid-click)

During the 15xXX puzzles when moving at high speeds, I will left click and then immediately realize I've clicked the wrong box before unclicking. Right clicking while holding down the left click to undo the action might be nice. And reverse for an accidental right click. It's the equivalent of using the bow with the trigger in Breath of the Wild, but then cancelling your bow with B instead of being forced to shoot the arrow. Love the game!!!!!! <3...

Update 1.0.3 (In-game save, Shared difficulty for classes, etc.)

Hello,

This update adds in-game saves so you can quit the game and resume your run later. It also fixes some important bugs. A few balancing adjustments have also been made.

Update 1.0.3 :

New Feature :
- In-Game Save: Save your current run at the end of each floor (except Floor 0). Resume it at any time from the main menu. This save is stored via Steam Cloud, allowing you to continue your run on another device such as the Steam Deck.
Adjusments:
- Completing a difficulty on any class now unlocks the next one for all other classes as well. Difficulty progression is now shared across all classes.
- Each floor now has at least one path to the boss where no puzzle exceeds the target average difficulty +1.
- Artifacts tied to filling cells without making mistakes will no longer count cells filled after an error within the same selection.
Bug Fixes :
- The Skip/Continue button on the Rewards screen should no longer display the wrong word depending on the situation.
- Items that randomly fill cells, such as “Goblin Eyes,” now fill the correct number of cells.
- It should no longer be possible to get soft-locked because of the “Dragon” and “Torch” bosses.
- The bug preventing Items from being dragged into the inventory should be fixed.
- The achievement “Reach a 0.00x Time Multiplier” can no longer be obtained during the Tutorial.

If you encounter any bugs or would like to share your thoughts on balancing or anything else, please don't hesitate to let me know.

Not for me, but very nice.

I'm very sad because I like this game, but the time limit stresses me out too much: it's impossible to get very far 😩 So I'm going to pass. Nevertheless, here are a few observations: The game is very enjoyable, the combination of nonograms and roguelike is very well done. Needs either gameplay revision or major balance changes. Most higher floor runs succeed via making the time a nonfactor with a 0x multiplier and then getting enough random relics to where you actually get more out of making mistakes and taking damage than actually solving the puzzles.

It's a good concept for a game but the execution needs to be looked at again. I would love for this to work but it really doesn't in it's current state.

I wish there was a 'neutral' option because this is a really neat premise and I think it has the sauce, but its balance is absolutely all over the place. The puzzle generation seems heavily weighted to keep from giving you 'dead giveaway' lines on more complex puzzles, which, coupled with the kill timer, can make tier 4 and 5 puzzles impossible to complete in time without significant upgrades.

This does, sometimes, result in runs where you just get completely screwed by the generation, at which point it's better to abort than waste your time. As an example, I just started a difficulty 2 run as soldier. The first floor gave me the options of a track that was all tier 0, or a track where my first option was a tier 4, so I hit the first boss with only a few upgrades. That boss erases a tile every 5 seconds. Two puzzles into that boss, it gave me a 20 by 20 tile puzzle. Like, that's just a dead run.

I do hope this gets tuned with time, because I think the game is usually really fun, and if the frustration gets ironed out (it has a lot of bosses that are more irritating than engaging, like the one I just described) it'd be a much more earnest recommend.

EDIT:
So I've had a string of really unpleasant runs and I want to elaborate that the puzzles of tier 3 and higher are often really nasty, particularly if you wind up saddled with one before you've managed to accumulate a good set of upgrades. The puzzle generation seems to heavily favor clues under 5, so you'll be looking at a 20 by 20 grid and more than half your clues will be these clusters of 1s and 2s. I'm sure most of these puzzles are technically solvable without guessing, but when you're working against the clock, that isn't the case in practice, and feeling like you have to guess to get by isn't a good feeling, particularly given there are a few cases where I have verifiably had to guess to solve a puzzle.

Game is fun, but it's as much about RNG as it is about intelligence. At the higher levels, you are literally playing pattern recognition, educated guessing, and a willingness to lose health. There's no other way to kill these giant puzzles in the time limit otherwise.

Does the timer even add anything to the game?

Why is it even there? Just makes what is supposed to be a relaxing and enjoyable nonogram experience stressful and boring, I don't get it whatsoever.

Marking numbers as completed without placing a cross/X

Maybe it's just me, but it really throws me off if a number is grayed out before I've closed it off with a cross/X. It's not bad until you get to the 15xXX or XXx15 puzzles with lots of small groupings to fill in. It'd be nice if there was either an option to disable the effect or if it would auto place the cross/X in those instances to help with readability....
