I got all the gold medals and try to find it on all stages, but I can't get the full achievement.

The game has a decent amount of content for the price but I was curious if the developers planned to add anymore since upon 100% completion you have 45 extra coins in the shop with nothing to spend them on. Like i said though the amount of content you get for the price is more than fair compared to similar games in the genre, the real reason I'm asking is because I want to know if I'm truly done with it and should uninstall it and move it to my completed games 100% completion category....
