Happy late Halloween/very early Christmas! We’re back with another our first Steam progress update! This will likely be our last until we release in December of 2025! 

We have a steam page! (as you can probably tell from the fact that you're viewing this progress update on steam). Thanks for the whopping 1,100 wishlists so far. Wow that's a lot! They're really important for indie games like This Winter of Ours.

We also got an autogenerated Metacritic, Gamefaqs and Youtube Gaming page which is also super cool.

This Winter of Ours will be completely free, though we will be releasing a soundtrack alongside it for those who want to support us. 

It will also be on itch.io and the google play store for free as well.

All the new art has been done and added for a while now, actually. We might have a couple pieces of promo art on our socials, but all the ingame stuff is done already.

All that's left is one final bonus scene!

Progress continues. You'll see more of the soundtrack in some YouTube videos in the next couple weeks.

However if you haven't been keeping tabs on our itch page, this preview will be new to you.

Apart from implementing the bonus scenes and working on the bonus menus, we’ve recently taken another pass through the game to make things look nicer, primarily looking for sections that felt too static or didn’t feel very interesting and spiced them up a little bit.  Everything is shaping up really nice with the final touch of polish we couldn't attain with just the time from the original game jam.

We’ve been working with translators to get This Winter of Ours out to people in different languages. We’re hoping to have Spanish(Español) and Chinese(中文) translations upon release.

Huge thanks to our translators for grinding through everything.

Also, we’ve been working on some cool trailers and I think they’re turning out nicely. There will also be a bit of voice acting in the trailers too, which has been super cool as we’ve never worked with voice actors before. You'll be able to find them on our YouTube or right here on Steam once they're done!
