Error and crash upon launching

Hi, playing on my laptop but the game would not launch. Always error and crash. Cant make it pass the "Headphones recommended" screen. Tried restarting laptop/steam, uninstalled, cleared cache, validated integrity - none helped. Please help me What other info would help?
