Somehow I can't get this achievement. Any clues how to get it, please? :)

From the information I found on the laptop, I am guessing that I am supposed to use the lighter with the smoke alarm to interrupt the main power supply to get the safe to beep so I can find it? . But I can't seem to figure out how to operate the lighter. Am I supposed to set something on fire? If so, I can't find anything that will burn. I can't pick up the dirty tissue or screwed up paper in the trash. I have also tried clicking on everything with the UV light, but that yielded...

Does anybody know and want to tell how to open the safe, thanks;) Great game by the way;)
