friend cant hear me in game put the voip on and off changed the push to talk button to another button but they still cant hear me. any fix ?

Just played through and loved this game was wondering if there will be a new map or even better a level 2 for after you see that ending.

How do you respawn once spectating? I can't look around, move or anything. I am invisible to friends and just cannot do anything.
