Hi, ChaosTower needs "Visual C++ Redist 2015" which is automatically installed by Steam. But if your using Windows 7 and your missing an update, it can happen that you cannot install "Visual C++ Redist 2015" and thus ChaosTower will not start (missing "api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll"). If you encounter the problem, you can either use windows update (under optional updates) and select KB2999226 or you can download only this update directly from microsoft.
