Soundtrack teaser + development update

I just wanted to give an exciting update on the development of Mesmalie. Development has been going really well, and I'm excited to share that I have finally reached main route credits!

You can now play through (most of) the whole game and reach an ending. Well, more or less,,, many dialogue choices still result in crashes and certain scenes need some revision, but! It's exciting having one of the main endings in place, as now it's easier to go up and down the main road and polish things as needed (rather than having to pave the path ahead first).

Of course there's not only one main route in the game, so there's definitely still some work to. But reaching one of the main endings is a goal I had hoped to achieve in early 2026, and it feels great to have reached it so soon!

To celebrate, here's a little snippet from the full game's soundtrack!

I'd also like to thank everyone who has drawn fanart for the game or otherwise shown interest since the last status update in November. Seriously, there's been a lot,,, and I truly cherish each piece. Also check out the Daily Mesmer Content[bsky.app] account on Bluesky, it's totally unaffiliated with me or anyone else behind the game, so it's been kind of bizarre and flattering to see someone enjoy one of my characters that much lol

Hi ,! It's been two months since the demo released, so I wanted to post a quick update to everything surrounding the game here.

Ending Count

Hi! I've been absolutely hexed by the demo so far, and adored finding all that's in it; In checking out the little ending guide for the last couple I'd missed, I ended up with a listed 18/17 endings total. While I'm assuming this is intentional, the guide's wording seems very definite in 17 being the intent, and I didn't actually finish the demo proper/unlock visible count until pretty far in, so knowing where precisely that additional count came from is beyond my memory. Fantastic Demo

I absolutely adored this, Mesmer is lovely, there's a good amount of reactivity to player decisions and even a bit of secret hunting. I only have two suggestions, an ending counter per chapter for the chapter select screen (I'm at 16/17 and not knowing where the last one could be is killing me), and for the ability to skip some of the screen effects like the session completed ones to help with ending hunting. I can't wait for the full release, I'll definitely be picking this one up. P.S. Why's the...
