Excellent investigative psychological horror game. The mechanics are point and click and typing words into your research book. A great example of how, even with few gameplay elements, it is possible to create a completely terrifying atmosphere, without canned jumpscares or deafening sounds.

A cool little horror game. It's free and only takes around 10 minutes to complete, so it's worth checking out.

Despite The Children of Clay being a game jam project (explaining the brevity), it's a really cool horror genre entry.
I think the developer accidentally laid out solid groundwork, mechanic-wise, if they wanted to expand on it.
As a standalone story, the game's an exquisite little gem, but I could totally see it as a larger thing about an archaeologist inspecting weird artifacts as horrors unravel around them.
