Stuck, again

I'm stuck in the basement and can't find what I believe is the final valve. The do that puzzle. The screen says "Error: Valve Missing" but I've looked everywhere and can't seem to find one.

after spending two hours of gameplay, I got stuck at the sink puzzle, and it ended up wasting a lot of time. The issue is actually a bug at that sink puzzle, which prevents me from progressing further in the game. Even though I figured out the correct solution, I still can’t move forward because of this bug.

Valves?

Hey I am loving the game, I am back in the basement with valves and have found the valve wheel and turned to the correct number on the screen but nothing happens? any help would be great:)

Achievement 'Sever the Loop'

I collected all the body parts, went outside, and finished the game, but I couldn't get this achievement. I thought this was the requirement for acquisition, but is there another way? I collect all the diaries.
