Wow, it's already been three months of Capote's early access! We're very grateful for all the feedback, bug reports, praise, and suggestions you've been sharing through Steam reviews and messages on our Discord server[discord.gg]! We're always keeping an eye on them all, and here's another patch note with important news:

We've heard many reports of computers struggling to run the game, so in these last few weeks we've focused (A LOT) on optimization, which is basically making the game lighter and offering options to help balance the PC's workload as well. This includes:

• Character optimization

• Environment optimization

• VSync option

• FPS limit option

Our hypothesis is that this should also eliminate some old bugs, such as characters' faces looking strange, characters leaving the table, cards flying, etc. More than ever, we need your feedback to tell us if this is still happening with the same frequency!

• The bar (finally) returned to normal after Christmas. We liked the decorations so much that we decided to leave them up for a little longer.

• Minor adjustments to some animations such as mesh adjustments, card positions, popping eye, etc.

Hey, Capote players!

First of all: thank you to everyone who’s been playing, testing, reporting bugs, and supporting Capote so far. This update is simple, but made with care — just the way the end of the year asks for. 🎁

The bar has officially entered the Christmas spirit ❄️

Lights, themed decorations, and that cozy look to wrap up the year playing with friends. Reminder: this scenario is available for a limited time! So jump in and play!

🎄 What’s new in this update:

• Christmas visuals in the bar: special decorations to celebrate the holidays.

• Room list adjustment: it’s now clearer which rooms are open and which are already in progress.

• Important bug fix: we fixed the “zap coroa” issue that interfered with card textures, preventing players from seeing unintended information.

• Other bug fixes.

Nothing over the top. Just real improvements and the perfect vibe to play at the end of the year.
