I definitely enjoyed my 20 minutes of game time but cannot see paying $3 for it. Is this some kind of "dare you to refund" experiment? even at 99 cents it's I'm not sure I'd spend my own money on it, but can at least see it coming down to how free and breezy you are with your steam budget. Note: I'm genuinely curious to hear the dev's thoughts, and/or the other players on this....
