Load game, sometimes main menu appears but mostly not, pc crashes to fatal error blue screen and restarts itself.

Looks like horror game from first view

So, whenever I try to play the game ,the mouse is like 1 inch off target. In other words, when i try to point at the start button on the main screen, i have to position in approx one inch down and left for it to recognize the click. This is making gameplay impossible. My mouse works just fine otherwise and I have update all my graphics etc. I have a PC laptop with the up to date Windows etc. any thoughts?...
