Hello everyone!

I'm back with some news!

We've just passed 100k wishlists! Yay! We are 2 brothers working on this game and never expected to get this much attention, so thank you! ːsteamhappyː

After releasing our game trailer, we've got a lot of feedback regarding to character movement, just wanted to say that we've been working on that, and now there's no delay when jumping and climbing.

We've also changed our character style, and now they also have different face expressions.

We've been working on the game for 2.5 years, and we had no option to fund the game (because of the location, Armenia). Recently close friend of mine offered his help, and now we have a Kickstarter page! Yay!

Hello everyone!

It’s been a while, but we’re finally back with some updates!

1) Paw Rescuers is now Tenkemo!

It turns out there are scammers out there who made a fake website with the name of our game, pretending to be us, and convincing people to download the beta version of the game (a virus) from their site.

We also weren’t sure if the name Paw Rescuers really described the game well, since it’s more about exploration and open-world co-op adventure, while the name made it sound like it was only about rescuing animals.

So we thought it would be the right thing to rename the game at this stage, and call it Tenkemo! (please don’t ask what it means, since we don’t know ourselves =).

And yesss, we bought the tenkemo.com domain, so scammers will have to be more creative this time.👉 Please remember that we will make announcements only on our official platforms — Steam, Discord, X, etc.

2) Tenkemo will be paid on Steam, without free 2 play monetization elements.

The game was initially planned only for mobile (iOS/Android) with a free-to-play monetization model.

At first, we decided to keep the same model for Steam too, and since it was our first PC/Steam game, we had no idea that people hate in-app purchases/free-to-play elements here (for a good reason hehe), especially for a game that has a single-player/story mode.

So we’ve decided to make the game paid, with a reasonable price, and get rid of all the free-to-play elements.

If you’ve wishlisted the game thinking it would be free and got disappointed by this news, and are unable to purchase the game, don’t worry — please reach us on Discord, and we’ll make sure to give you a free copy when the game comes out.

3) There have been a lot of changes in the game during this period. We have a new trailer and screenshots that you can check out on the Steam page.

We will also be participating at DevGAMM Lisbon, where you can visit us and try out the game! Since we already have a playable version, we are now working on polishing it and bringing it to Early Access in the coming months!

We’ll post another update here on Steam once Early Access is ready.

Wolf companion?

Read an earlier post about having a lot of animals in the game. I'm hoping for a wolf of some kind. Wolves are my favorite animal and would love to be able to have one in this game. The game looks amazing from what I can see.

Whats this game about exactly?

Im a little confused as to what the game is or rather some elements of the game. 1 - Is the world pre generated(handmand) or its randomly generated or both? In another discussion it was mentioned that there is a "Story Mode" to the game, so im assuming theres only 1 world that the devs made 2 - Does the weather system actually change how you play the game? Its mentioned as a feature but what does that entail? For example if it snows, does crops die and the player get cold or is it just a superficial chan...
