After the update, you flooded us with questions: why matches got longer, why HP was added, and when leaderboards are coming.

We’ve collected the most common and important ones — and asked the Ninja Party producer to answer them.

Thanks for the insane activity, ninjas — let’s break it all down.

Yes. We’ll be balancing it. There is counterplay against the katana, but it’s quite demanding right now — you need to react in time to audio cues and VFX. We understand that this is hard at the moment, and we’re going to address it.

We see that the current combat system isn’t deep enough, and not many players stick with Ninja Party long-term. Because of that, it becomes harder to consistently find real opponents. So the game will evolve, and the HP system is one of our experiments. We consider it mostly successful, but we agree that the balance and combat pacing still need work.

Yes. Balancing will continue, and we’re testing different options.

In systems like this, players naturally get distributed by both skill and progression level. Progression does affect match outcomes — otherwise it wouldn’t have much meaning — but skill still plays a much bigger role. Since there’s no ranked system yet, it’s hard to fully evaluate how progression performs. We’ll keep developing our systems and aim to provide a fair PvP experience.

Yes - and it already is. We’re currently tuning the pace and looking for optimal timings.

We’ll publish detailed stats later. For now, many numbers can be roughly estimated by comparing data within the community.

They’re planned for 2026. We want to introduce a ranked system and TOP-100 leaderboards.

Yes, experiments with this mode will start soon.

This is tied to combat changes and adapting weapons to the HP system. In Arcade modes, we already lowered the points needed to win so matches don’t drag on. In Blitz, this shouldn’t noticeably affect match length. Our goal is better readability. These changes are already included in the upcoming update, which is coming very soon.

Yes. We constantly monitor weapon balance and continue adjusting it.

We’re not planning that for now. Performance isn’t ideal yet, and the rocket map is one of the heaviest in terms of performance. For now, the game will run without it.

A South America server already exists. Sometimes players may still be sent to more distant servers — we’re aware of this and will reduce how often it happens.

Yes. This is something we want ourselves, and we’re actively working on optimization.

That’s a bug. We’re fixing it — some cases have already been resolved.

Yes, it should already be fixed.
