Hi everyone! New character time! Woohoooooo. With this update, Kipi has moved out of the rate up banner and now we have Elven Sorceress Cordelia as the current rate-up hero. Let me know what y'all think of her :) I also did a lot of balancing with stat choices as well as Hero balancing.

- Common Attack Speed upgrade: 0.03 -> 0.05
- Common Crit Rate upgrade: 3% -> 5%
- Common Max Health upgrade: 20 -> 10
- Rare Max Health upgrade: 50 -> 20
- Super Rare Max Health upgrade: 100 -> 30

Hero Balancing
- Arien Crit Rate: 12% -> 10%
- Bear Girl Base Health: 100 -> 120
- Bear Girl Attack Damage: 20 -> 25
- Jin Attack Damage: 10 -> 25
- Increased Jin dash range on attacks
- Jin Slows down less on attack
- Added splash damage to all of Ash's attacks
- Ash Base Attack Damage: 10 -> 13

Bug Fixes:
- Rate up pity no longer resets on super rare pull but on the rate up character pull
- Fixed Guild Sell Screen Sell Button being funky
- Other various bug fixes
