Tetris Forever November Hotfix

Many thanks for all the feedback since the launch of Tetris Forever. We're investigating bugs and evaluating suggestions, but the improvements based on your input start right now.

And input is the right word! Today's update allows custom control configurations for all games in Tetris Forever, including the MS-DOS, Apple II, and Electronika 60 versions. To reassign the controls for each game, open the Pause menu during gameplay and select Controls.

We'll continue to monitor the forums for feedback -- thanks for taking the time and effort to reach out. Look for more updates soon!

List of Issues with Tetris Forever

I've run into a lot of issues with Tetris Forever. Some are glitches, some are weird design choices, and some are nitpicks; I'll tag each one appropriately. I'll add more to this discussion if I find any more issues, please feel free to add your own. 2 inputs cannot happen simultaneously in Tetris Time Warp (I.E. If I'm holding a direction, I cannot Hard Drop). It is not possible to remap buttons on console games to the Z Key, it just goes to another key, usually X (Important since Z is...

Games you'd like to see added as DLC

For me the two most obvious ones are the two Tetris games on the Virtual Boy. It'd probably be a challenge but that'd make the whole collection 100% worth buying if you ask me. Another one I'd love to see is Tetris Giant/Tetris Dekaris, though that one might be a bit too new for a collection like this. (and even if they got the chance to add a Tetris game from Sega, this probably would not be their first choice.) Thanks for all the feedback. We're listening to all of it. The more detailed you can be, the more good your feedback can achieve. (If you can manage a civil tone, that makes it a lot easier too.) We'll be meeting early next week to figure out what we can do and when, after which I hope to have a more concrete roadmap for you. There's two main types of feedback we're seeing so far. Issue with save data in Super Bombliss (SFC)

I've beaten all the computer opponents in the Super Famicom version of Super Bombliss and, if I remember correctly, this is supposed to unlock a "free play" Vs. Com mode where you can play on any Vs. stage in the game against the computer. The problem is, after the credits roll, the game requires you to hit reset to go back to the main menu. However, resetting the game from the Game Options menu will delete all save data, making the "free play" Vs. Com mode inaccessible. Is there a workaround for this, l...

Time warp mode flashing is obnoxious

Tried playing through Time Warp mode. The game is fine overall but the Bombliss portion is particularly obnoxious - there is a fullscreen white flash of some kind every few seconds. I am not epileptic by any means but it is super uncomfortable to play through. Can it be turned off?...
