I've done all that I can to fix the game. I've verified the game files, uninstalled steam and deleted all steam files. Game still doesn't work. Help

I cannot open my games because of DirectX problem, they keep saying that DirectX Device cannot be found even though I already have installed DirectX. Pls help me to solve this problem, thanks.

Has anyone been able to successfully run DbD in windowed mode? I edited the launch option but neither -windowed or -sw seems to work.
