Not understanding

Maybe I'm missing something, I seem to get both gauges where it needs to be but I cant buy anything and am stuck in tutorial mode. Maybe I'm overlooking something? It seems pretty straight forward but im not progessing.

Last achievement?

Has anyone figured a way to unlock last achievement involving having all status effects at once? That doesn't seem possible to me seeing as there a few status effect that replaces some, like confussion, the hypnosis arousel level, or the boob size.

我已经解锁了所有的异常现象，并且也都是打开的，我也把3000倍感度给勾选上了，切换日语我也试过了，还是解锁不了，这是BUG吗？是的话还请作者尽快修复一下
