The AI problem, and in general neglect

I am really trying to do my best to like pharaoh dynasties. It is by itself an amazing game. However the AI problems have been ignored since its release in july 2024. Still no patches, still no word. I have restarted campaigns multiple times in hopes of fixing the issue. Sometimes the issue doesn't show up immediately, sometimes it does. At the end it always does. Total Geek Induglence

While playing this series I enjoy watching high quality historical documentaries alongside. This past year I found The Fall of Civilization podcast/(and docu videos on youtube) There is a degree of melodrama and poetic license, but there are loads of detailed historical information that often lines up with a historical Total War setting. Good stuff, I say. I recommend a similar idea....

It's fun but not the best TW game, if they added naval battles as well it would've been a lot better, recommending and only bought it cause they added Aegean/Greek civilizations and I enjoyed playing with them

My operating system,

12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700H 2.30 GHz
32.0 GB (31.7 GB usable)
64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

which far exceeds recommendations for game play, yet i get lag and low fps every few turns, having to save and exit out of game to reboot. Finishing first successful campaign and i must express the amount of frustration and sheer annoyance this has caused. I'm a long time customer, own every game and dlc, and also a Sega investor. I even buy the games as gifts for friends. I hope the current issues can be resolved so that I can reverse my recommendations to this particular saga.
