Any tips for how to get the moneys in the retreating alleyway, with the suicide car attacking Juglio when he has his back turned, and getting out alive? I've tried jumping over it both with and without the Jump Shoes and I've also tried shooting it but alas, Juglio gets squishkebabed into the air each time....
