does it run on windows 11

I have zero idea how to use them like how to lock on a target which weapon to use. there's no tutorial within the game, help plz ;-;

I am a huge flight game fan, and I see some people cant get the game working, or that it has bad FPS on Windows 10 or whatever they might say. I know there is a patch and Lol I already have it downloaded, but I am real unsure about getting this with the mixed reviews. Any opinions?...
