The problem with the mini games (sawing, making beams, etc) is that if you fail then there is no penalty. You don't need to say go get a new tree and start over. I'd recommend having a higher difficulty setting (optional, something the player can choose or not) where if you mess up then you have ruined your work and will need a new log to start on.
