Are there any other translations planned for the future?

With the detective, click on the eye, it shows pink coming out of my head and blue from his, with two sets of arrows under both. I try clicking, double clicking, clicking and holding, nothing really seems to happen, the bubbles move the same. What am I supposed to be achieving here? What do the buttons do? I've been doing it for 30 mins and have no idea. Some guidance???...

The dev did a very good job of illustrating anxiety disorder right from the start... maybe too good. A friend who was watching the demo with me started hyperventilating in sympathy with Holly.
