Hi Write Warriorz!

We’ve just pushed through another update with several bug fixes – see the changes below:

Bug Fixes:

Readjusted all store prices
Fixed a bug with the spy-glass hover text that was persisting through matches
Fixed a visual bug Eli's ability visually triggered when right clicking a voting button
Fixed a bug with electricity visuals on the player card not displaying during the Cursed Mummy Plot Point
Shortened the Horror voting bats sound to better match the animation
Adjusted the round announcement sound volume - it’s a bit louder and now plays at round start
Added a subtle sound when hovering over the voting button
Fixed aspect ratio issues during tutorial on 16:10 ratios
Fixed the match rotation interface not appearing when playing on Mac
Fixed the win sequence background being cut off on 16:10 ratios
Updated Writing Pass graphics
Fixed typo on the update screen
Removed intrusive Writing Pass prompt when you log in for the first time.

A fun twist on writing

This game is great for drawing inspiration or helping with writing block. I can see the potential niche people it can attract, and I am kind-of hoping that the game will be expanded upon. I hope to see a longer story mode with more than just 10 rounds. The short stories are great, but to get some more involved variety that might be worth sharing I feel like the option to having longer rounds would be great! I see that there is a career mode coming, any details on what that will be like?...

Hi Everyone!

We’ve just pushed through a minor update to the game – see the changes below:

Bug Fixes:

Corrected typo on Witching hour instructions
Resolved an issue with free daily offer Script Shards not refreshing correctly. We’ve temporarily reduced the refresh time of the free offer to every 6 hours to make up for it
Fixed several other small bugs

Another small patch today. Just fixing a bug where in rare instances the Curse of the Mummy and Evil Fog plot points were sneaking their way over to the pirate theme.

Marvel Snap Copyright Infringement

Does anyone know copyright law well enough to determine if this app's usage of Marvel Snap's UI design is copyright infringement? They even mention the game on their Kickstarter page, so it's much more than an 'inspiration'.

Early Access Review

Watched the entire Legends of Avantris steam and my goodness what a unique concept. I wish I had this game back when I was in school. Game nights with the friends are about to be hilarious!

After doing my own deeper research I realized there are no ai artists in job listing, credits, or social media posts. I made a mistake that only the clear level of disregard I held when I thought I was in the right. I apologize to the developers for the hurtful words I said and to Legends of Avantris for accidently dragging them and making it seem like they support ai art. I will Noa not let the anger cloud my judgement and honestly enjoy this game as the concept is very nice.

Old review: Got it because Legends of Avantris talked about it, seemed like alot of fun! But upon opening the game the BLATANT use of AI art is disgusting. Amazing concept ruined by lazy and disrespectful developers, sad...

It's a great game for people trying to practice their writing skills, especially in a fun game-style way like this. I'm not sure but I feel like the game did choose mine over others that were better. I imagine when you would play with other players which I supposedly did once and won but it could have been bots I feel like. I'm not against bots but, I feel this game would thrive the most with writers and artists playing the game together and having a fun time voting for the best story entries. I especially...
