this game is terrible everything was buggy and no texture was working. Note im on a RTX5070

It is full of bugs, and this isn't the usual gamer complaining they can't run a pathtraced game, because I can run normal portal with rtx just fine at ultra with my 5070 Ti, but this games frame generation implementation is broken, it has so much tearing, the performance scaling when going down to lower settings is terrible, with 0 change. It is insanely buggy with constant screen tearing. This was free and I still felt robbed, it is hilarious how the completely unfinished portal 2 rtx runs better than this trash, and has functioning frame gen for the most part lmao.

The mod for RTX wasn't even good in my opinion. The mod has bugs, and sometimes isn't good. Here is the good and bad.

The Good:
The Levels are sometimes are better than the original and well made. But not properly compiled properly.
The Voice Acting (not really perfect). At least better than the TTS one. I mean Portal mods in TTS is kinda cringe ngl.
The Companion Cube (it should be in portal rtx as well).

The Bad:
There is bugs in the game.
And sometimes the maps are just as buggy which makes the game isn't good.
Sometimes lead to crashes.

If you wanna play Portal Prelude. I would recommend you is to play RTX'LESS of Portal Prelude because it is better than the Prelude RTX imo.
