It's kind of boring to be honest. It's not that scary, you keep meeting weird people but nothing comes of it, long sequences of waiting for people to re-board the bus so you can pick up trash and mop.

Basically the entire game is in the cinematic trailer here on the steam page. Like points where scary stuff could happen, nothing does. Getting the texts did nothing for the game, added nothing to the story, no jump scares when putting the phone down, they just existed. There were, I don't know, maybe 4 scares in this entire game?

You can't pause and adjust volume after you leave the main menu, you can't even pause to QUIT the game without beating it. Can't turn off film grain either, so it's hard to look at. And the volume controls barely work. The master volume slider DOESN'T work, even with sound effects turned almost all the way down the footsteps are so loud that it's annoying.

i enjoyed this game, the story was interesting, the characters were decent. im interested to see how the SOV series goes in the future. i just wish the game was a bit longer since i beat it in less than 40 minutes. hopefully the games in the future are longer. but for the $1 price tag its a pretty good game.
