Hey everyone I'm so sorry about the game breaking bug that some of you experienced! I hope it didn't ruin your experience too much.

The bug was happening on the final boss fight, when the player had a combination of slowing and stunning spells the purple mushroom wizard was getting stunned/slowed to oblivion and eventually would stop taking damage and cause the player to be stuck! How annoying, especially on the final boss fight!
This is unfortunately the nature of making a game like this, no matter how much testing I did there's always going to be one random combination of upgrades that I haven't tested.

This is hopefully fixed now, a few hours before I have to go on holiday!

I have also slightly nerfed the health of the gargoyle boss, and both mushroom bosses as I felt the fights went on a bit too long.

I also fixed other projectiles that the shrimp fires getting affected by the wide spell krill tree skill.

I really am going away for a week now so no updates for a while!
Fingers crossed everyone for no more game breaking bugs...

Hello everyone, thanks so much for all the feedback and positive comments it's been so awesome to see my silly little game get some attention!

Some balancing, some QoL changes,
Here are the patch notes for this one:

- Added a pop up warning that a shop is coming up next before you spend money on base upgrades
- Made crystal only invincible when moving to the center to do the lasers, not the whole laser phase.
- Nerfed crystal boss health slightly
- Nerfed gargoyle boss health slightly
- Fixed the purple mushroom boss not spawning enemies properly
- Stopped the tutorial video looping
- Fixed Gem Flies not getting knocked back
- Nerfed critical strikes heal you in the krill tree
- Made all potions stack
