Their stories are not showing up.

After one of the recent events, I now have a pink (!) on my Characters tab icon at the bottom of the screen that won't go away; I've checked, double checked, and triple checked that every character I have is as maxed level as I can get them, including event skins, and all stories are done. How do I get rid of the exclamation mark?...

i could not find the answer when i looked it up so im asking here, i am currently on chapter 23 almost on 24 and im just curious about how many chapters the game actually has. can some one be so kind as to tell me please :)

spending energy to unlock the Karyn stories ends up in the game locking when the photos go to load. The heart shaped preview is also blank white. I just verified the files and am having the same result.

Trying this one last time before I give up. I'm still having problems with the pictures on some previous events not showing up despite being unlocked. The newest one works fine, so I don't think it's a problem with the application or Steam (though of course I tried reinstalling/clearing cache etc.) Previously I was told that I had to go to Help->Support and chose the correct options so the "Team can take a look at this."
